Terms & conditions
The tenant undertakes to use the rented property with care, to comply with the house rules and to show consideration for the other residents and neighbors. The furniture and other objects must be taken care of. In the event of any damage, etc., the landlord must be informed immediately. The maximum number of persons allowed to occupy the rented property is the number booked. Missing inventory items will be charged to the tenant.
In the event of extraordinary pollution, the cost of extra cleaning will be charged.
Cancellation conditions / Cancellation
If the tenant can not start the holidays, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 60 days before date of arrival: handling fee CHF 100.
59 -10 days before date of arrival: 50% of the agreed price
9 – 0 days before arrival date and no-shows: 100% of the agreed price
Late arrival or early departure will be charged.
In all other respects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% via bank transfer, Paypal or Revolut is due at the time of booking.
Final payment 30 days before arrival or cash payment on the 1st day.
Bank transfer in CHF is preferred.
Cash payment, Revolut or Paypal possible.

Prices
The prices are in Swiss Francs per night and apartment and are exclusive of visitor’s tax.
Tourist tax CHF 4.- per night, children from 9 to 15.9 years CHF 2.- per night. Visitor’s tax is to be paid
on the spot.
